Tramonto Circuits is pleased to announce that overall on-time delivery (OTD) in 2017 increased to 94.96%. This key performance indicator confirms Tramonto Circuits’ commitment to improvement and customer requirements.

Motivated by a company poll that showed customers’ top two requirements for their printed circuit board suppliers were “quality” and “on time delivery,” Tramonto Circuits set aggressive goals and included them as key performance indicators (KPI) for 2017. The goal set for OTD was 95% overall, and the goal for RMA requests was twelve or less.

The overall OTD improved to 94.96% for 2017 and a total of 12 RMAs were recorded. This improvement included a 20% increase in part numbers shipped. These numbers, although lofty, show the commitment the company has made to its customers.

“We have improved our OTD by nearly a percentage point again this year,” said President John Talbot. “We have already set 95% OTD goals again for 2018 and strive to improve our RMA numbers as well. Our staff is proud of the accomplishment and stand ready to improve in the coming year.”

PCBAA Reacts to Implications of Biden’s PCB Determination

04/05/2023 | Nolan Johnson, I-Connect007
Hot on the heels of the news that U.S. President Biden signed a presidential determination in support of the printed circuit board industry, I-Connect007’s Nolan Johnson spoke with David Schild, executive director of the Printed Circuit Board Association of America, about some of the expected implications. David points out, among other things, that this signals increased momentum with government and defense to support U.S.-based printed circuit manufacturing, and the possibility that a renewed interest in the industry by private financing could possibly follow.
